Fees are paid at the beginning of each month by e-transfer according to the number of weeks of lessons in that month.

An annual tax receipt for music education will be provided.

If a student cancels a lesson with less than 24 hours notice (except in case of sickness or emergency), the lesson is forfeited (non-refundable). In some instances, at my discretion and schedule permitting, it may be possible to reschedule the lesson.

If a student fails to show up for their lesson, whether in person or on Zoom, the lesson is forfeited and will not be rescheduled. For online lessons, the Zoom room will remain open for 15 minutes after the scheduled lesson time in case of a late arrival.

If I need to cancel or am exceptionally absent for a paid lesson, it will be rescheduled or credited to the following payment period.

International students must pay in CAD and are responsible for any applicable transaction and/or currency conversion fees.
